  • We continue to provide flexible, person-centred services that are preventative and generate quality of life in retirement.
  • We continue to work in partnership with others to provide services that support independence and offer choice for the individual.
  • We continue to enhance our advocacy service working on behalf of older people to ensure that care services reflect their needs and to assist individuals where their voice is not heard.
  • We continue to listen to each new generation of retired people, and to use this knowledge to update existing services and to develop new ones, to ensure that the services provided reflect the type and standard expected by retired people.
  • We continue to encourage our staff and volunteers to develop their full potential and to maintain high standards.
