As a small independent charity we rely heavily on our self generated income.

One of our most important income generation streams comes from the profits made from our shop.

The Newmarket Day Centre Shop is at 5a Wellington Street, CB8 OHH, in the town centre.

It is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am - 4pm.

The shop is managed by Gillian Peacock who selects only the finest quality items to sell from the outlet. Gill is supported in the shop by our wonderfully dedicated team of volunteers who, like Gill, work very hard to maintain its very high standards.The shop sells high quality Ladies, Gents and childrens clothing items, Bric-a-brac, books, jewelry, wool, household items, music recordings and much, much more.All of the items on sale have been kindly donated by local people, without whom, the shop probably wouldn't survive.The profits from the shop enable us to maintain the services we offer to older people who live in and around the Newmarket area, so that their lives can be improved in some way.

Why not pop into the shop next time you are passing. 

You might find yourself a real bargain and in doing so you will be helping the older people of Newmarket in the process.
